Review records for the workspace: what was checked, what was found, what was fixed and what is still open. The approach itself (rules per tier, verification levels) is in ../docs/safety/SAFETY_AND_QUALITY_PLAN.dox; open work items live in ../TODO.dox and defects in ../ISSUES.dox.
