sapi_status_t(*) sapi_platform_backend_t::realtime_init(uint32_t rt_priority)

Backend implementation of sapi_platform_realtime_init(). May be NULL (the service then returns SAPI_STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED).

The framework has already range-checked rt_priority (0..99) before this is called. The implementation is best-effort per REQ-OAL-PLATFORM-001: it shall return SAPI_STATUS_OK even when it can only partially apply the requested configuration.
