Detailed Description

One built-and-ready-to-send Train-channel envelope - see ab_gp_train_build_outputs()'s own doc. index is which Train[index] relay channel it goes out on (0-based, same convention every other per-instance channel in this codebase uses); tag is a short human-readable label for logging only (ab_gp_channel_send_envelope_to_c()'s own tag parameter).
