The full transition set as { from, event, to } triples - every (state, event) pair NOT listed here has no outcome (the event does nothing from that state; not an error).
The one deliberate guard: VALIDATED + TRAIN_DATA_REJECTED is absent. A validated train cannot be invalidated by a stray reject; a fresh Msg 129 must move it back through RECEIVED first. Every other pair among the three train-data events resolves to the state the event names, including the direct NONE -> VALIDATED / NONE -> REJECTED paths that ab_gp_proc_train_data_validate() uses (it fires TRAIN_DATA_VALIDATED / _REJECTED straight from its result, without a preceding RECEIVED, when a caller does not raise one).
