Functions

bool ab_gp_handover_fsm_handle_event (ab_gp_ertms_train_context_t *ctx, ab_gp_event_t event)
STUB handler - logs "not implemented yet" and returns false (no state change). Signature matches ab_gp_fsm_handler_fn (ab_gp_dispatch.h) so it is a valid subscription-table entry.

Detailed Description

STUB per-entity state machine for the HANDOVER procedure.

Placeholder: ab_gp_handover_fsm_handle_event() just logs (via ab_gp_fsm_stub_log(), see ab_gp_fsm_stub.h) that this FSM is not built yet and returns false. It IS wired into ab_gp_dispatch()'s subscription table, so every relevant event already reaches it - making it real later means adding a (state, event) -> state table here following state_machines/train_data/ as the template, plus a state enum + context field, and dropping the stub call. No ab_gp_proc_*.c or dispatch-table change is needed then.

Until then, the actual HANDOVER behaviour runs where it already does: no handover flow wired yet - ab_gp_proc_handover.c is scaffolding.
