Non-Volatile Memory Architecture

Flash Wear

Flash has ~100k erase cycles. Application responsible for wear leveling if needed. Write checksums for integrity.

OSAdapter Implementation

Platform-specific: STM32 flash, external SPI flash, etc. Framework provides abstract interface.
