Detailed Description

Umbrella include for the Safe Communication Framework.

ERTMS/ETCS safe communication — Subset-037 (EuroRadio FIS) and Subset-098 (RBC/RBC) — over a shared, vital Safety Functional sub-layer. See docs/architecture/ADR-002 for the stack + deployment.

Modules (link only what a given node needs): safecomm::safety version.h status.h mac/ saf/ euroradio/ rbc_rbc/ VITAL safecomm::cfm cfm/ transport/ A/B safecomm::ale ale/ Gateway safecomm::config config/ everywhere

Including this header pulls every module's public header; a consumer that links only a subset will get link errors only for the entry points of the modules it did not link, which is intended.
